Rental Terms and
Agreement
- Please call (804) 794-4598 to confirm availability.
- Open and print the rental agreement from one of the links above.
For your convenience we have included both PDF and printer friendly
formats. If you prefer, we can fax you a copy of the agreement.
- In order to reserve a unit, the Rental Agreement and your reservation deposit (50% of
the rental rate) are due within one week after you confirm availability. Only personal
checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders are accepted –
please do not send cash.
- Upon receipt of your reservation deposit, we will send you an executed copy of the
Rental Agreement.
- The remaining 50% of the rental rate plus a $200 security deposit
are due at least two weeks before your arrival date. Upon receipt of
your payment, we will send you condo keys, parking pass, and an
information packet regarding the condo.
All rates and payments are US Dollars, please.
