What's the process for
renting a condo?
We make renting with us easy for you.
There's no waiting in check-in or check out lines!
1. Please call or email us to ensure that the dates are available.
If you'd like to rent a condo we'll hold it for seven days until we receive
your rental agreement and deposit.
2. Print the rental agreement off of our web site, please read it,
complete it, and mail it to us with your deposit.
3. When we receive your deposit, we'll send you an executed copy of
the agreement.
4. Two weeks before your arrival, we should receive your payment
balance. When we receive your payment, we will send you the condo
keys, condo/resort information, parking pass, and postage paid envelope for
you to return the keys when you depart.

Is there a minimum
stay?
During the summer months we rent by the week from Saturday to
Saturday. At all other times of the year there is a four night minimum
stay.

Are the condos at Ocean Creek and Sea Watch
oceanfront?
Yes. Our condos at Ocean Creek Resort
and Sea Watch Resort are both oceanfront.

Where are the condos located?
Ocean Creek Resort and Sea Watch Resort are
within one-mile of each other on the border of North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle
Beach. Ocean Creek is a private 57 acre resort directly across from
Barefoot Landing in the Briarcliff Acres section of Myrtle Beach and Sea
Watch is one-mile south in the Arcadian Shores section of Myrtle Beach.
The condos are very private and in two of the best areas of Myrtle Beach.

What floors are the
condos on?
Our Sea Watch condo is on the fourth floor. Our condo at Ocean Creek
is on the second level. We've found that many guests prefer "lower
floor" condos because of their convenience and more of a "beach
house" feel compared to upper floors of a high-rise. It also
allows you to get your articles in and out of the condo easier.

How many bedrooms and
beds are in the condos?
Our Ocean Creek condo has two bedrooms: two queen beds in one bedroom
and one queen bed in the other bedroom. The Sea Watch condo has one
bedroom with two full (double) beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Are linens and towels provided?
Yes. Towels and linens are provided at Ocean Creek
and Sea Watch. Please bring your beach towels and beach blankets.

Is there a clothes washer and dryer?
There is an extra large capacity washer and
dryer in the condo at Ocean Creek. At Sea Watch there is a nice clean
laundry room on the first floor just off the lobby.

Are beach chair and umbrella
rentals available?
Umbrella and beach chair rentals are
available at Ocean Creek and Sea Watch. Please see the lifeguard to
reserve beach chairs and umbrellas.

Is there an ironing board in the condo?
We have an iron and ironing board at our
Ocean Creek condo.

How much are the taxes and fees?
Nothing. For your convenience, all taxes and fees are included in our
rental
rates. Keep in mind that many others charge a 10% - 12% in
addition to their rates.

Are the condos in a quiet area?
We purchased the condos based on their
locations in the resorts. We selected quiet areas for the enjoyment of
our guests.

Can we rent bicycles?
Yes. At Ocean Creek, you can rent
bicycles by the hour or day. During the summer the beach service also
rents three-wheel beach cycles.

What's in the kitchen?
Our kitchens are fully equipped. Major
appliances include full size refrigerator / freezer with ice maker,
dishwasher, in sink disposal, stove / range, and microwave. There is a
toaster, blender, and coffee maker in addition to pots / pans, cooking
utensils, and silverware.
